参芪扶正注射液联合干扰素-α治疗中晚期原发性肝癌

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合干扰素-α治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:通过回顾性病例研究,选取已经失去了手术、放疗及化疗的中晚期原发性肝癌患者单独应用干扰素-α和联合应用干扰素-α及参芪扶正注射液患者的肿瘤缩小率、生存期、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、治疗期间体重变化及治疗过程中毒副反应进行对比研究。结果:联合用药组肿瘤缩小率在6个月时两组疗效差异无统计学意义;12,24个月时研究组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者6,12,24个月生存率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者体重下降情况低于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者毒副反应低于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组患者治疗后血清谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,而血清AST水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合干扰素-α在治疗中晚期原发性肝癌时起到增效作用,在延长患者生存期、改善患者的生活质量方面有独特疗效,而且毒副反应轻微,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate Shenqi Fuzheng injection in combination with interferon-α treatment of advanced primary liver cancer clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Method：A retrospective case studies selected has lost surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and combined interferon-α and interferon-α Shenqi Fuzheng injection rate of tumor regression in patients,survival,Karnofsky functional status score （KPS）,weight changes and side effects of treatment during the study comparing the treatment of poisoning.Result：The combination group in tumor shrinkage rate,survival,KPS score,weight changes during treatment and side effects of treatment of poisoning are better than interferon-α alone group.Conclusion：Shenqi Fuzheng injection combination with interferon-α play a synergistic role in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer when,there is a unique effect in prolong survival and improve quality of life for patients,the adverse reactions were mild and worth clinical application.
