摘 要:通过对热轧厂层流冷却水循环系统的初步设计,提出了层流冷却高位水箱容量和泵站供水能力的计算方法。对层流冷却系统采用独立的水循环系统,保证了水质和水压的稳定,同时计算出生产最恶劣钢板时高位水箱容量和水泵供水能力,并对层流冷却进行水力学计算,推导出了层流冷却集管出水口水流速度和容量。不仅使层流冷却设备布局更加紧凑,节约了用水,还为层流冷却设备的深度设计和布局提供了参考。The preliminary design of water-cycling system has been undertaken about laminar cooling in hot rolling mill. The method of calculating high cistern's volume and pumping station's water supply capacity of laminar cooling has been put forward. The laminar cooling system has adopted an independent water-cycling system, which ensures the stability of the water quality and water pressure. At the same time, high cistern's volume and pumping station's water supply capacity when product the harshest steel have been calculated. Moreover, hydraulic calculation of laminar cooling has also been done, and the header's outlet flow and capacity of laminar cooling have been deduced. These efforts can not only make the laminar cooling equipment more compact and saving cooling water, but also offer reference to deep design and laminar cooling equipment's layout.
