比较赖脯胰岛素50与赖脯胰岛素25对2型糖尿病餐后血糖及HbA1c的影响

摘　　要：目的比较赖脯胰岛素50与赖脯胰岛素25对2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为A、B两组,分别皮下注射赖脯胰岛素50和赖脯胰岛素25,检测两组2和12周时空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平以及12周时HbA1c水平,并且记录每日胰岛素用量和不良反应。结果治疗2和12周后两组空腹血糖较入院时明显下降(P<0.05),两组比较差异无显著性。治疗2和12周后赖脯胰岛素50组三餐后血糖水平明显低于赖脯胰岛素25组(P均<0.05)。另外,治疗12周后两组HbA1c水平较入院时明显下降(P<0.05),赖脯胰岛素50组HbA1c水平明显低于赖脯胰岛素25组[(6.7±0.3)%vs.(7.3±0.5)%,P<0.05]。两组低血糖事件发生率比较差异无显著性。结论赖脯胰岛素50与赖脯胰岛素25对空腹血糖的影响无明显差异,但赖脯胰岛素50对餐后血糖和HbA1c水平的控制明显优于赖脯胰岛素25,两者低血糖发生率差异无显著性。[ Objective] To compare the efficacy of insulin lispro mix 50 and insulin lispro mix 25 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Methods] All the subjects were divided into two groups randomly. The patients were treated with insulin lispro mix 50 in group A, and insulin lispro mix 25 in group B. The levels of fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, postprandial plasma glucose （PPG）, HbAlc, and incidence of hypoglycemia after 2- and i2-week treatment were recorded and compared between group A and B. [Results] After 2- and 12-week of treatment, FPG decreased significantly compared with the baselines in all patients （P 〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference of fasting plasma glucose between group A and group B. After 2- and 12-week of treatment, the 2 h postprandial glucose （2 h PPG） in group A was lower than that in group B （P 〈0.05）. After 12-week of treatment, the level of HbAlc decreased significantly compared with the baselines in all patients （P 〈0.05）. And HbAlc in group A was lower than that in group B [（6.7±0.3）% vs. （7.3±0.5）%, P 〈0.05]. There was no statistically difference in incidence of hypoglycemia between group A and group B. [ Conclusion ] Insulin lispro mix 50 is better than insulin lispro mix 25 in controlling postprandial glucose and HbAlc in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
