脂联素与糖尿病下肢大血管病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病及合并下肢大血管病变患者血清脂联素水平的变化,探讨其与糖尿病下肢大血管病变的相关性,分析血脂水平、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等代谢因素的变化与脂联素的关系。方法临床筛选研究对象共167例,其中2型糖尿病无下肢大血管病变组65例(A组),糖尿病合并下肢大血管病变组52例(B组),正常对照组50例(NC组),分别测定脂联素、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白等指标,三组间比较进行数据分析。结果 2型糖尿病合并下肢大血管病变组患者脂联素水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病下肢大血管病变组脂联素水平低于糖尿病无下肢大血管病变组(P<0.05)。结论脂联素水平的下调与糖尿病合并下肢大血管病变的发生、发展关系密切。[ Objective ] To observe serum adiponectin levelchangesin patients with type 2 diabetes and combina- tion of lower limb vascular lesion , explore its correlation with diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions,and analyze blood lipid levels, fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, metabolic factors such as the change of the relationship between adiponectin. [Methods] A total of 167 cases, no complications of type 2 diabetes group, 65 cases （group A） and 52 cases of diabetic lower limb vascular lesion group （group B）, 50 cases of healthy controls （NC group） were enrolled in this study, the adiponectin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were compared among the three groups for data analysis. [Results ] Type 2 diabetes mellitus and adiponectin levels in patients with vascular lesions group were lower than the normal control group （P 〈0.05）, for diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions group,the adiponectin level waslcwer than that of diabetes without complications （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Lower adiponectin levels may affect the occurrence of diabetic lower limb vascular lesion.
