核密度估计在消化道肿瘤空间分析中的应用

摘　　要：目的利用地理信息技术,通过分析消化道肿瘤患者空间分布数据探索消化道肿瘤的空间分布特征。方法根据我国中部某地区消化道肿瘤患者地理定位信息,利用核密度估计的方法,估计消化道肿瘤患者的空间分布特征,结合该地区人群分布特征,计算该地区消化道肿瘤患病风险的概率密度。结果通过核密度估计可以绘制出本研究区域消化道肿瘤发病风险的概率密度分布图。结论本研究区域消化道肿瘤发病在空间上存在患病风险较高的热点区域。Objective To analyze and explore the spatial distribution of gastrointestinal cancers by using geographic information system. Methods Kernel density estimation （KDE） approach was used to estimate the spatial features of the gastrointestinal cancer based on the spatial points data of patients in an area of central China, and combined with the population distribution in the region, the risk of the gastrointestinal cancers in the investigated area was assessed. Results The risk density distribution of gastrointestinal cancers was mapped with KDE in the investigated area. Conclusion There are some hotspots indicating the high risk of gastrointestinal cancers in the investigated area.
