镉、锌胁迫下红花GSH含量的变化

摘  要:[目的]探讨重金属锌、镉对红花组织中谷胱甘肽含量的影响。[方法]以河南新乡卫辉红花为试验材料,配制不同锌、镉浓度的水溶液和土壤,把红花进行水培和盆栽试验,用DTNB法测定红花植株不同时期不同部位谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。[结果]水培时,GSH含量随着镉、锌处理浓度的升高呈升高的趋势;盆栽时,在任何处理下根中的GSH含量高于叶片,随着镉处理浓度的升高,GSH含量呈先升后降的趋势,锌处理时GSH的含量变化不明显。[结论]在一定浓度下,锌、镉均能促进和调节GSH的形成。[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effect of heavy metal zinc and cadmium on glutathione content in Carthamus tinc- torius L.. [ Method] Using Carthamus tinctorius L. From Weihui of Xinxiang as test materials,we did Carthamus tinctorius L. hydroponic and pot experiments with different zinc and cadmium concentrations of water and soil. And then, the GSH content of Carthamus tinctorius L. plants in different periods and different parts were by determined DTNB method. [ Result] In hydroponics experiment, the GSH content increased with cadmium and zinc concentrations were increasing trend. In potted experiment, the GSH content of roots was higher than that of leaves under any treatment with the increase of cadmium concentration, the GSH content increased first and then decreased, the GSH content changes of zinc treatment was not obvious. [ Conclusion] In a certain concentration, zinc and cadmium can promote and regulate the formation of GSH.
