3种木霉菌混合对山新杨生理酶活性及其幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:[目的]分析混合木霉菌诱导杨树系统抗病性的生理生化机制,筛选出提高杨树抗病性的最佳孢子浓度。[方法]选用3种木霉菌混合孢子根施1年生山新杨移栽苗,分别于不同时间测定山新杨叶部组织的生理酶活性及其生长量变化。[结果]经混合木霉菌处理后,山新杨叶片中的生理酶活性均明显高于对照,其中以1×106个/ml浓度水平处理效果最好;根施混合木霉菌后山新杨的生长量均有所提高。[结论]混合木霉菌能够提高杨树生理酶活性,并且具有促进杨树苗生长的作用。[ Objective ] To elucidate the physiological and biochemical mechanism of inducing systemic resistance of Shanxin poplar by mixed Trichoderma, and screen the best spores concentration of improving plant disease resistance. [ Method] After rooting the different spore con- centration of mixed Trichoderma, we measured the biological enzyme activities and growth changes of Shanxin poplar in different time. [ Re- sult] The results showed that biological enzyme activities in Shanxin poplar leaves were higher than that of the control, and the level of T2 was the best, after disposition with mixed Trichoderma. Moreover, the growth of Shanxin poplar was increased. [ Conclusion ] These data indicated that the mixed Trlchoderma can enhance biological enzymes activities, and improve Shanxin poplar growth significantly.
