摘　　要：目的分析我院麻醉药品临床应用情况及趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和临床合理应用提供参考。方法对我院2010年至2012年麻醉药品的销售金额(元)、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、排序和分析。结果我院麻醉药品的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年增长,芬太尼注射液在手术中应用极为广泛,吗啡类止痛药在临床上也得到广泛使用。结论我院麻醉药品使用比较合理。Objective To analyze the status quo and tendency of the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital to provide reference for management and rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods The utilization data of narcotic drugs in this hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically and ranked in terms of consumption sum（ Yuan） and DDDs. Results Both the consumption sum and DDDs of narcotic drugs increased year by year. The use of Fentany injection was extremely widespread during operation,and Morphine also gained widespread use clinically. Conclusion The utilization of the narcotics in our hospital was basically rational.
