摘　　要：目的促进药品规范化管理。方法从药学人员管理、药品质量、数量化管理等环节提出有效管理药品的方法,避免了差错事故和纠纷,提高了服务质量。结果药品管理是一个系统工程,药房必须重视药品各环节管理,使之制度化、科学化、规范化、常态化。结论只有有效管理药品,才能提升药学服务质量,确保临床用药的安全有效。Objective To promote the standardized drug administration. Methods The effective method for drug administration was provided based on pharmacist management,medicines quality and quantitative management. This method can avoid accidents and disputes and then improve the service quality. Results Drug administration was the system engineering. All aspects of drug management which were considered to be the institutionalization,scientization,standardization and normalization have to be focused. Conclusion The only way to enhance the service quality of pharmacy and to ensure the safety and efficacy of drug use in clinic is the effective management of drug.
