摘　　要：气流受限性肺疾病是一组以通气功能障碍为特征的肺部疾病,其发病机制比较复杂,目前仍不是十分明确。近年来,随着免疫学的迅速发展,免疫学机制在气流受限性肺疾病中的研究逐渐成为热点。随着对该机制的深入研究,为临床治疗气流受限性肺疾病提供新的思路。Airflow limitation pulmonary diseases are characterized by ventilatory dysfunction. Their pathogenesises are complex and not elucidating. In recent years, with the rapid development of immunology, immunological mechanism of airflow limitation pulmonary diseases gradually becomes a hot spot. With the in-depth investigations of the mechanism, which provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of airflow limitation pulmonary diseases.
