摘 要:了解瘤体注射治疗肿瘤相关药物的研究进展,对瘤体注射治疗肿瘤作用机制及其最新药物应用等方面进行综述。瘤体注射治疗肿瘤的作用机制包括直接作用于细胞,提高细胞对射线的敏感性,提高机体免疫力等。化学治疗药物、放射性同位素、生物制剂等药物常用于瘤体注射治疗相关肿瘤疾病。瘤体注射技术对于肿瘤的治疗起到显著推进作用,但有些药物毒副作用过大使得该技术具有一定的局限性,需进一步探讨。OBJECTIVE To retrieve and review the related research progress of drugs to cure tumour by means of intratumoral injection. The mechanism of intratumoral injection in treatment of tumour and its latest applications were reviewed. The mechanism of intratumoral injection in treatment of tumour included a direct effect on the cells, increasing of sensitivity of cells to radiation, immunity improvement, etc. Chemotherapeutic drugs, radiation sensitizers, genetic engineering and other drugs were commonly used to cure related tumor diseases by means of intratumoral injection. Though intratumoral injection technique has played a siganificant role in promoting the treatment of cancer, its toxic effect of some drugs is so big that the technology has some limitations and needs further explored.
