浆纱生产中应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：总结不同品种的各类纱线在上浆工艺设计、调浆、上浆过程中的管理及操作方法。结合生产实践介绍了调浆过程中及设定浆纱回潮率时应该注意的问题,结合实例阐述了上浆率实时控制方法及回浆的合理使用方法。实践表明:在调浆中少用助剂、合理选择浆料、规范调浆和用浆操作;根据纱线种类和生产环境合理设置浆纱回潮率;通过浆纱质量和用浆量实时控制上浆率;合理利用回浆,达到了稳定浆纱质量、降低浆纱成本的目的。认为强化浆纱过程的精细化管理,更有利于提高产品质量、降低生产成本。Management and operation methods in sizing processing design, size mixing, and sizing process of different yarns were summarized. Problems that should be paid attention during to in size mixing and sizing moisture regain selection in practice were introduced. Sizing percentage real-time control method and rational use methods of return sizing were introduced by combing examples. The practice shows that aid should be used less in the size mixing, size mixture should be selected rationally, size mixing and size operations should be standard. Sizing moisture regain should be reasonable set according to yarn kinds and production environments. Sizing percentage should be controlled through real-time sizing quality and sizing using volume. Stable sizing quality and lower sizing costs can be achieved by reuse rest sizing. It is considered that strengthening fine management in sizing process is more helpful to improve product quality and reduce production costs.
