摘　　要：探讨Sunlite/木棉55/45 14.6 tex针织用纱的纺纱工艺要点。通过分析Sunlite纤维及木棉纤维的特点,制定了纺纱工艺流程,研究了工艺设计原则,优化并实施了纤维材料预处理、开松、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱系列工艺措施,解决了纺纱过程中出现的问题,有效地控制了条干均匀度、粗节、细节及棉结,顺利研制出功能性保暖休闲针织面料用纱,并对所开发纱线进行了成纱质量指标和抗菌、保暖、透气等性能测试。结果表明:通过采取相应的工艺措施,Sunlite/木棉纱成纱质量达到使用要求,所研制的混纺纱抗菌、保暖、透气等性能良好,达到了功能性保暖休闲针织面料的要求。Spinning key points of Sunlite/Kapok 55/45 14.6 tex knitting yam were discussed. Property of Sunlite fiber and Kapok fiber were introduced, spinning processing was researched, related measures were optimized and prac- ticed including fiber pre-treatment, opening, picking, carding, drawing, roving and spinning. Problems in spinning process were solved,yarn indexes were controlled effectively including evenness, thick places,thin places and neps. Functional knitting yarn was developed successfully, the yarn indexes were tested including antibacterial property, thermal property and air permeability property. The result shows that Sunlite/Kapok knitting yarn quality can be reached use demand through adopting related measures. The yarn property is better including antibacterial property ,thermal property and air permeability property, functional knitting fabric demands can be reached.
