摘 要:应用三维建模和有限元对TY型自卸车车架进行了模态分析,并将有限元计算结果与车架模态试验结果进行对比,验证了有限元建模方式的可信性。在此基础上对车架分别进行了有车厢与无车厢状态下的有限元分析,分析结果表明,在车厢的影响下车架各工况的应力得到明显改善,尤其是静载扭转状态应力降幅达到26.4%,说明在车架设计计算时车厢的影响是不可忽略的,为车架的设计、改进提供了参考和依据。Three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis were conducted on the modal analysis of TY type dump frame, after the finite element results with the frame modal test results were compared to verify the finite element modeling of credibility. Base on this, finite element analysis were carried out on carriage frame and without carriage frame. Analysis indicated that the stress condition of the fram has been significantly improved under the influence of carriage, especially static torsional stress state reached 26.4 percent decline, it verifyed the impact of carriage is not negligible, and provided a reference and basis for the design and improvements of the new frame.
