摘  要:经济的发展促进了对散装物料运输的需求,进而增大了对带式输送机的需求。但是,由于生产该输送机的主要部件——托辊的生产物流系统效率低下,加剧了输送机供需矛盾。针对这一问题,鉴于托辊结构及生产工艺的复杂性,利用Petri网对托辊的生产物流系统进行建模,直观地展现了托辊的生产过程,精确地描述了系统中事件的相互关系,并构造关联方程证明了该模型的可行性。在此基础上,运用Witness软件进行仿真,得到了导致生产物流系统效率低下的瓶颈设备,并对其进行优化以提高生产效率。仿真结果证明:优化方案减少了平均处理时间和阻塞率,增加了托辊的产量,提高了托辊生产物流系统的效率。The development of economy promotes the demand of bulk cargo transportation, thus increases the demand for belt conveyors. However, the contradiction between supply and demand of the conveyor roller is aggravated since the efficiency of the idler,the main part of the belt conveyor roller,production logistics system is not high. For this issue,in consideration of the complexity of the idler structure and the manufacturing process, the model of the idler production logistics system was established using the Petri nets,which intuitively exhibits the process of idler production and accurately illustrates the relationships between the events in the system. Then the correlation equation was established and proved to be realizable. On this basis, the bottleneck equipment resulting in the low efficiency of production logistics system was obtained by simulation using the Witness software, followed by an optimization to enhance the production efficiency. The result of simulation shows that the optimization scheme reduces the average processing time and the blocking rate, and increases the output of idler. It improves the efficiency of the idler production logistics system.
