京津冀协同发展战略背景下引滦水源保护工作思路初探

摘　　要：引滦入津工程为解决天津用水困境、保障天津经济社会发展发挥了极为重要的保障作用。分析了当前引滦水源保护工作的形势,总结了目前有关各方保护引滦水源的工作思路;探讨了京津冀协调发展战略背景下引滦水源保护工作的有利条件和不利因素,提出新形势下引滦水源保护的工作意见。Water Diversion from Luanhe to Tianjin has played a key role in satisfying water needs and securing social and economic development of Tianjin. The current working strategies for protecting water sources of Luanhe made by varies departments are summarized based on analysis of water source protection situation in Tianjin. Discussions are made on advantages and disadvantages of implementing strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and measures are put forward for protection of water source from Luanhe under the new situation.
