摘　　要：以改善民生、保障城乡供水安全和推进城乡一体化发展为目的,以县为单元,江西省在全国率先开展了农村自来水工程专项规划工作。规划提出了江西省农村自来水工程总体布局和主要建设任务,是今后一个时期全省农村自来水工程建设的宏观指导文件和法律依据。从组织和工作层面介绍了规划的开展程序,并从技术层面介绍了总体布局、水量供需平衡分析等主要内容的规划方法及规划成果。Taking county as a unit, special plans have been developed for tap water supply projects in rural areas of Jiangxi Province, which is the first time in China and aimed at improving people＇ welfare, safeguarding water supply safety and promoting integrated development of both urban and rural areas. According to the plan, general layout and main tasks of these projects are proposed that shall be the guiding documents and legal bases for the construction of tap water projects for a certain period time in the future. Introductions are given to the procedure of planning from organization to work at the local level, as well as methods and planning achievements such as general layout and water balance analysis from technological aspects.
