摘 要:[目的]研究多杀霉素生产废水的治理工艺和最佳操作条件。[方法]分析多杀霉素原药生产废水的水质,采用"化学预处理+生化处理+絮凝沉淀"工艺处理生产废水,在不同的操作条件下采集水样,监测废水中污染物浓度,计算COD去除率。[结果]对多杀霉素生产废水中的COD去除率达到99.3%以上,每吨高浓度废水处理成本大约为16.5元,是一种经济技术可行的处理工艺。污水处理各个单元最佳的操作条件为芬顿试剂氧化投加30%双氧水的量为7 g/L,[Fe2+]/[H2O2]摩尔比为1颐10,pH值为3,反应时间为2 h,分4次投加;UASB的最佳水力停留时间为48h,CASS的最佳水力停留时间为24h。[结论]应用于多杀霉素生产企业的废水治理中,取得较好的效果。[Aims] The treatment process and optimum operating conditions of spinosad production wastewater was studied. [Methods] The quality of spinosad production wastewater was analysed. "The chemical pretreatment + biochemical treatment + flocculation and sedimentation" process were used in spinosad wastewater treatment. Water samples were collected at different operating conditions, the concentration of pollutants in wastewater was monitored, and the COD removal rate was calculated. [Results] The COD removal rate reached more than 99.3%. The cost of treatment high concentration wastewater was about 16.50 yuan per ton. This was a processing technology for economic and technical feasibility. The optimum operation conditions of sewage treatment in each unit were: Fenton reagent 30%, hydrogen peroxide 7 g/L, molar ratio of Fe2+ to H2O2 was 1:10, pH=3, reaction time 2 h, 4 dosage; hydraulic of UASB retention time was 48 h, CASS optimal retention time was 24 h. [Conclusions] This method was applied to spinosad production wastewater treatment enterprises, and achieved good results.
