摘　　要：选取球墨铸铁作为研究材料,利用数字图像技术对采集到的球墨铸铁金相图像进行处理,实现金相组织分割。基于数学形态学提出,通过面积、长宽比、分形维数等多形状因子综合识别的方法,从而有效地实现珠光体和石墨的分割,提高了定量金相分析的精度和计算速度。Microstructure segmentation of ductile iron material was realized by capture and processing with digital image technology. On the basis of the mathematical morphology, the integrated recognition method was put forward, which includes multiple shape factors such as area, aspect ratio and fractal dimension. The segmentation ofpearlite and graphite was effectively achieved, which improve the accuracy and efficiency of ductile iron microstructure quantitative metallography analysis.
