摘 要:以实际生产中发现的铝铜系ZL205A合金筒类铸件的偏析、裂纹及疏松缺陷为研究对象,根据筒类铸件的技术要求,结合ZL205A合金的工艺特性,通过对偏析、裂纹及疏松缺陷产生的原因分析,提出了新的铸造工艺方案。结果表明:通过合理优化浇注系统,提高浇注温度,改善砂芯退让性,改进低压浇注参数等措施,解决了疏松、裂纹缺陷并有效地减少了偏析缺陷的产生,产品合格率由原来的40%提高到80%。The segregation, crack and the shrinkage porosity defects of the ZL205A sleeve type castings in actual production were analyzed, according to the technical requirements of the sleeve type castings, combining the technological performances of ZL205A alloy, analyzing the reason of segregation, crack and shrinkage porosity defects, a new casting process was designed. The results of these experiments show that, the shrinkage porosity and crack of the castings was solved and the segregation of the castings was effectively decreased by optimizing pouring system, improving the pouring temperature, improving deformability of the sand core and optimizing the LP parameters condition etc. The qualified rate of sleeve type castings increases from 40% to 80%.
