锡锑轴承合金双金属铸件浇注工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了直立间歇浇注和气动紧实相结合的铸造工艺方法,并使用该工艺方法生产了大型锡锑轴承合金双金属铸件。对铸件双金属复合材料界面显微组织进行了断面分析,结果表明两种材料具有良好的结合能力。加工后,轴承合金的断面组织致密、表面光洁,锑锡、铜锡等硬晶体大体上也是趋于合理分布的,无气孔和脱落现象。该件在在大型矿用掘进机整机装配中具有良好的顺应性和抗咬合性,在运行过程中具有良好的嵌藏性,使用寿命长,耐腐蚀性好。The foundry process of producing ZchSnSb 11-6 large tin and antimony-based bearing alloy duplex metal castings which is based on upright break pouring and pneumatic compaction combination was introduced in this paper. The microstructure analysis of composite material interface of duplex metal shows that the binding capacity of duplex metal is good. Besides, after machining, the cross-section structure is compact, the surface is bright and clean, antimony-tin, copper-tin and other hard crystal in general also tend to be more reasonable distribution without pores and falls off phenomenon. For these good qualities, it has good adaptability and resistance to bite in the large mining machine assembly. After the assessment in the process of operation, it has good embedded hidden, long service life and good corrosion resistance.
