摘  要:研究了新型高温钛合金BTi-62421s的铸造性能及力学性能。结果表明:BTi-62421s合金流动性和充填性比ZTA2、ZTC4差,但优于Ti-55;凝固收缩特点与ZTC4相近,两者收缩率相当,均有集中缩孔倾向,收缩率小于Ti-55;抗裂性优于Ti-55,比ZTC4差;铸造组织为近α态,高温力学性能优异。Casting and mechanical properties of high-temperature titanium alloys BTi-62421 were studied. The results show that BTi-62421s alloy fluidity and filling are worse than ZTA2 and ZTC4, but better than Ti-55; solidification shrinkage characteristics are similar to the ZTC4, both concentration of shrinkage tendency exist, shrinkage rate is less than Ti-55; new high-temperature titanium alloy crack resistance is better than the Ti-55, less than ZTC4; as cast structure is e^-phase crystalline, and has excellent high temperature mechanical properties.
