摘 要:采用电化学沉积和高温热氧化法制备了La/V2O5复合电极材料.研究了电位范围、扫描速度和焙烧温度及La掺杂量对样品的影响.利用SEM,EDS和循环伏安法对所制备的复合电极的形貌、组成及电化学性能进行分析、表征.结果表明,所制备的La/V2O5复合材料主要由V、O、La组成;V2O5粒子形成层状结构,La弥散分布在层状结构的间隙处.电化学测试结果表明,煅烧3 h温度为200℃所得的样品在电位范围为0.2~1.0 V,扫描速度为0.1 mV/s的2 mol/L KCl溶液中复合电极的电容性比纯的V2O5明显提高,且La含量为0.005 g时比电容提高了51%.经1000次循环后,循环稳定性较好且容量衰减仅为初始容量的10.3%,适于作超级电容器电极正极材料.La/V2O5 electrode materials were fabricated by the method of the electrochemical deposition. Effect of potential limit, scan rate, calcination temperature and the ratio of La in samples were studied, respective- ly. The mierographs, element content on the surface of electrodes were analyzed by SEM, EDS and the capacitive performance of V2O5 was measured by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the main elements of the compos- ite are Ti, V, O, La and V2O5 particles stack layers, La finely dispersing in the spaces between layers. Electro- chemical results indicate that in the range of 0.2--1.0 V and at 0.1 mV/s ,V2O5 which is calcined 3h at 200℃ , it exhibits excellent capacitive performance in 2.0 mol/L KC1 electrolyte. When the quality of La is 0.005 g, the specific capacity of V2O5 electrodes is 51% higher. Only about 10.3 % of the initial capacitance was lost after 1 000 cycles in circling life process, so it can be a candidate for the positive materials on supercapacitor electrode.
