摘  要:对三七道地产区文山州与新产区红河州三七花皂苷含量进行比较.采用HPLC同时测定三七花中单体人参皂苷Rb1,Rb2和Rb3的含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定其总皂苷含量.不同产地三七花中的人参皂苷Rb1和Rb3有一定差异;同一产地不同年生三七花单体皂苷含量差异不大.三七花中总皂苷含量相比,红河州建水县三七花总皂苷含量最高,为17.58%.红河新产区三七花质量与文山道地产区三七花质量无明显差异.Compare the Ginsenosides' content of the flowers of Panax notoginseng from Wenshan Prefecture which is called Geo - authentic producing areas of Panax notoginseng and Honghe Prefecture which is a new pro- ducing area of Panax notoginseng. HPLC was used for the determination of three monomer ginsenosides called Rb~, Rb2 and Rb3, and UV spectrophotometry was used for the determination of the total saponin. The content of Rb~ and Rb3 from flowers of Panax notoginseng which are form different productive area has certain difference; the content of three monomer ginsenosides from flowers of Panax notoginseng which are form the same productive area but with different growth years has no significant difference. Compared with the content of the total saponin, flowers from Jianshui County whose content is 17.58% is highest. The quality of the flowers of Panax notoginseng between Honghe Prefecture which is a new producing area of Panax notoginseng and Wenshan Prefecture which is called Geo -authentic Producing Areas of Panax notoginseng has no significant difference.
