摘 要:目的通过检测儿童哮喘急性发作时M2受体抗体的变化来探讨M2受体抗体对哮喘发作的影响。方法以合成的M2受体多肽片段为抗原,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组血清中M2受体抗体阳性率及抗体滴度,其中哮喘急性发作组20例,哮喘良好控制组20例,正常对照组30例。结果 M2受体抗体阳性率和抗体滴度在哮喘急性发作期组(60.0%,1:90)与正常对照组(6.7%,1:20)、哮喘良好控制组(20.0%,1∶30)比较差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 M2受体抗体参与了儿童哮喘急性发作的过程并在其中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the effects of autoantibodies against M2-muscarinic receptor in acute attack of bronchial asthma in children. Methods The positive rate of autoantibodies against M2-muscarinic receptor and the an-tibody titer in the serum were detected by ELISA using synthesized peptide fragment of M2-muscarinic receptor in 3 groups: asthma acute attack (n = 20), asthma well control (n = 20), and normal control (n = 30). Results The positive rate of autoantibodies against M2-muscarinic receptor and the antibody titer in the serum from acute asthma group (60%, 1:90) were much higher than those from normal control group (6.7%, 1:20, P〈 0.01) and asthma well control group (20%, 1:30, P〈 0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between the autoantibodies against M2-mus-carinic receptor and the pathogenetic condition of asthma in children, it may play a very important role in the develop-ment of asthma.
