摘　　要：社会读者的公众身份、VPN访问电子资源、社会读者不当使用馆藏作品,以及图书馆在信息服务中违反注意义务等都将给面向社会开放的高校图书馆著作权保护造成消极影响。文章对上述问题进行探讨,同时针对高校图书馆面向社会开放中的著作权风险规避提出建议。The aspects of the public status of social readers, electronic resources of VPN access, improper use of social readers for collection works, and violation of the duty of care in the information service of library will bring negative impact on copyright pro- tection of the university library oriented to open society. This paper discusses the above issues and puts forward suggestions for the copyright risk circumvention of the university library oriented to open society.
