静脉局部麻醉在四肢手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：研究静脉局部麻醉在四肢手术中的应用效果。方法抽取2010年10月~2013年10月本院肢体受伤患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规麻醉处理，观察组采用静脉局部麻醉处理，对比两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组的麻醉操作时间及麻醉剂起效时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组麻醉总有效率为93.3%，对照组麻醉总有效率为76.7%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在肢体受伤患者进行手术治疗时，采用静脉局部麻醉见效更快，值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of intravenous regional anesthesia in extremity surgery. Methods Sixty patients with extremity injury in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2013 were selected and randomly di-vided into observation group and control group.Regular anesthesia was provided in control group,while intravenous re-gional anesthesia was adopted in observation group.The clinical anesthesia effect in two groups was compared. Results Time of anaesthetization and responding time of anesthetic in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）.Total effective rate of anaesthetization was 93.3%in observation group,while total effective rate of anaesthetization was 76.7% in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of surgical treatment for patients with extremity injury,intravenous regional anesthesia quickly takes effect and is worthy of expan-sion and application.
