摘 要:苹果手机(iPhone)自进入中国市场就受到众多用户青睐。然而苹果手机的接收灵敏度比普通手机低10 dB左右,在密集区域通话或上网时会在一定程度上影响用户感知。由于苹果手机用户一直是联通的重要客户群体,因此提高苹果手机用户的通话质量与上网质量势在必行。通过无线侧与交换侧相结合的思路,对苹果手机的3G用户在某些区域主叫时出现"第二次才接通"的问题加以分析,利用全程全网的优化手段解决了此类用户的投诉,为今后解决类似难题提供了参考。Apple's iphone has been well loved by many Chinese customers since it entered the Chinese cell phone market. But since the iphone's receiver sensitivity is lower than the other ordinary cell phone by lOdB or so, it will definitely affect the customer's call- ing or networking experience to some extend at the crowed spots. Iphone users are always key customer group of China Unicorn, so the improvement of iphone' s calling and networking quality is much urgent. The article raised a new methodology of combining the wireless part and the router part. The article analyzed the "second connection " issue which happens when the iphone customers dial in at certain area. A new method to optimize the whole network and transition is also provided in the article. By doing this we solved the problem and the customer complaints. It also made a good reference about how to deal with this kind problem in the future.
