摘　　要：从项目决策和设计阶段造价控制的重要性出发,通过对该阶段造价管理现状进行分析,提出在这个阶段引入造价咨询的必要性,进而论述造价咨询对项目建设各个阶段造价控制的影响,以供参考。From the importance of the cost control of program decision-making and design stage,the paper analyzes the cost management status of the stage,points out the necessity for the cost consultation in the stage,and indicates the influence of the cost consultation on all stages of the program,so as to provide some reference.
