摘　　要：通过对绿色商业建筑投资特点的分析,从投资者的角度出发,确定了绿色商业建筑的风险因素,并建立了风险因素评价体系,以杭州市某绿色商业建筑为例,运用模糊数学原理对项目的增量投资与增量效益进行了风险评价。According to the analysis of the investment features of the green commercial buildings,the paper identifies the risks of green commer-cial buildings from investors,establishes the risk elements evaluation system,and undertakes the risk evaluation on the incremental investment and benefits by adopting fuzzy mathematical principle by taking some green commercial buildings in Hangzhou.
