摘　　要：本文首先分析了手机主面板塑件的成型工艺，由于塑件结构复杂，塑件多方位、多数量具有侧向分型机构，这对内模芯设计提高了一定的要求。笔者巧妙的将多个侧抽芯位置设计成一个抽芯机构，简化了模具的复杂性。This paper first analyzes the forming process of mobile phone main panel of plastic parts, the plastic parts of the structure is complex, multi direction, the majority of plastic parts with side parting mechanism, the design of mould core increase certain requirements. The author combines the plurality of side core pulling position is designed as a core pulling mechanism, simplifies the complexity of the mold.
