摘 要:为了提高富锌防腐涂料的综合性能,以硅丙乳液、硅溶胶、氢氧化钾、鳞片状锌粉为主要原料,分别添加经HOOC(CH2)17NH+3有机改性的蒙脱石、经CH3(CH2)17NH+3有机改性的蒙脱石作抗沉剂,制备改性的硅酸钾富锌防腐涂料。探讨了有机蒙脱石种类、用量对富锌涂料涂层性能、表面形貌及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:添加端基含有-COOH的有机蒙脱石作抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料综合性能优于以端基含有-CH3的有机蒙脱石作抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料,后者的综合性能优于未添加抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料。以经HOOC(CH2)17NH+3改性的有机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂,加入量为涂料总质量的0.3%所配制的涂料涂层表面平整、致密且机械性能以及耐腐蚀性能优异。In order to improve the comprehensive performance of zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating, a modified potassium silicate zinc-rich coating with different montmorillonite modified by HOOC (CH2 )17 NH^3 and modified by CH3 (CH2 )17 NH^3+ as anti-settling agent is prepared by silicate-acrylate copolymerization emulsion, silicon colloid, potassium hydroxide and flaky zinc powder. The effects of the type and amount of organic montmorillonite on the paint properties, appearance and corrosion protective performance of zinc-rich coating were investigated montmorillonite with -COOH as anti-settling agent of The results show that the performance of organic zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating is better than the coating with organic montmorillonite with -CH3 as anti settling agent and the later is superior to zinc-rich anti-corrosion coatings without anti- montmorillonite modified by HOOC ( excellent mechanical properties and settling agent. The zinc-rich coating by using 0.3mass% of organic CH2 )17NH^3+ as the anti-settling agent could provide compact film and corrosion protective performance.
