摘  要:本文研究了四种济源均化铝矾土熟料(82#、86#、88#和90#)的体积密度、显气孔率、化学组成、物相组成、显微结构和荷重软化温度。结果表明:(1)四种铝矾土熟料非常致密,最大显气孔率为1.3%;82#、86#和88#铝矾土熟料的体积密度接近;(2)四种铝矾土熟料的晶相均为刚玉和钛酸铝;从82#到90#铝矾土熟料,Al2O3含量逐渐增加,玻璃相含量逐渐减少,且玻璃相中SiO2含量逐渐减少,致使玻璃相粘度逐渐降低。(3)82#、86#和88#铝矾土熟料的荷重软化温度(T0.6)分别为1465℃、1529℃和1594℃。Bulk densities, apparent porosities, chemical and phase compositions, microstructures and refractoriness under loads of four kinds of Jiyuan homogenized bauxite chnkers (82#, 86#, 88#, 90#) were analyzed. The results show: ( 1 ) Four kinds of bauxite clinkers were very dense, the maximum apparent porosity was 1.3% ; the bulk densities of bauxite clinkers 82#, 86#, 88# were close. (2) The crystalline composition of four bauxite chnkers were major corundum and minor aluminum titanate. From bauxite clinker 82# to 90#, the content of A12O3 increases, the content of glass phase decreases resulting in decreases of the viscosity of glass phase. (3) Refractoriness under load ( To.6 ) of bauxite clinker 82#, 86# and 88# were 1465 ℃, 1529 ℃ and 1594℃respectively.
