摘 要:以硼泥为原料,采用盐酸酸浸法制备了多孔二氧化硅,通过x射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(Pr-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和氮吸附脱附手段对其结构与性能进行了表征,通过吸附水中罗丹明B来测试其吸附性能。结果表明,多孔二氧化硅中SiO2含量为86.04%,且以无定形SiO2为主;其结构蓬松,存在大量狭缝孔,孔径在2-39nm之间连续分布,吸附平均孔径为6.992nm,BET多点比表面积为147m^2/g;多孔二氧化硅对水中罗丹明B的吸附性能较好,浓度为30mg/L时吸附量为1.23mg/g。Porous silica was prepared through leaching by hydrochloric acid from boron mud. Its properties have been characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and N2 absorption-desorption, and its absorption capacity was tested by absorption of Rhodamine B in aqueous. The results show that the SiO2 content of porous siliea is 86.04%, and the SiO2 is main in amorphous. The porous silica has fluffy structure, lots of slit pore. The pore size continuously distributes around 2-39 nm, average pore size is 6. 992 nm and the BET specific surface area is 147 m^2/g. The porous silica shows a better performance for the absorption of Rhodarnine B in aqueous. When the concentration of Rhodamine B is 30 mg/L, the absorption amount is of 1.23 mg/g.
