摘　　要：创新能力已成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素。简要分析了轨道交通装备制造业当前在技术创新层面的不足之处。通过对自主创新路径图的分析,从创新源泉、创新实施、创新成果管理三个阶段分析了自主创新能力提升问题,为轨道交通装备制造业自主创新能力提升提供借鉴。Innovative ability has become the bottleneck to restrict the economic development of China. In this paper, the shortage of technology innovation in rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry is briefly analyzed. Through the analysis of innovation route, three main sta- ges： innovative resource, implementation and management of innovative achievements are discussed, which are crucial for the promotion of innovative ability, some advicesare given for the development of transportation equipment manufacturing industry in China.
