摘　　要：针对地铁安全管理问题,结合C管理模式理论,构建"人形结构"的地铁安全管理组织。其中头部为指挥系统,胸腹部为监督系统,臀腿为安全工作的检查系统。各系统通过良好的沟通协调机制构成和谐的生命体,适应外界的各种变化,以满足地铁安全管理的需求。该组织构建可为改善地铁的安全管理状况提供参考。According to subway safety management issues, a humanoid subway safety management organization is built basedon the C-mode management theory. In this humanoid structure, the command system is taken as the head, the su- pervision system as the chest and abdomen, and the safety checking system as the legs. Through a good communication and coordination mechanism, these systems could constitute a harmonious life entity, adapted to various changes in the outside world,and will ultimately meet the demands of sub- way safety management. The construction of this organ will provide a reference and theoretical support for subway safety management improvement.
