胎粪吸引管防治羊水Ⅲ度粪染且无活力新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胎粪吸引管防治羊水Ⅲ度粪染且无活力新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)的疗效;方法:将140例羊水Ⅲ度粪染且无活力新生儿随机分为两组。对照组70例给予常规口鼻腔粘液清理。而试验组70例给予常规口鼻腔粘液清理。同时给予胎粪吸引管气管内吸引治疗。观察两组患儿MAS的发生及治愈率。同时评价两组患儿住院天数;结果:试验组MAS发生率22.9%低于对照组47.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院天数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组MAS治愈率100.0%高于对照组66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羊水Ⅲ度粪染且无活力新生儿易发生MAS。而对患儿应用胎粪吸引管能减少MAS发生及住院天数。进而减少患儿痛苦及家属经济负担。Objective To investigate the effect of prevention of Ⅲ degree of meconium - stained amniotie fluid and no vitality newborn with meconium aspiration syndrome by meconium aspiration tube. Method 140 cases with Ⅲ degrees dung to dye and no vitality newborns were randomly divided into two groups. Give regular control group ,70 eases were clear nasal mucus. Give regular and experimental group ,70 cases were clear nasal mucus. At the same time give meconium aspiration tube endotracheal attract treatment. The occurrence of observing two groups of children with MAS and the cure rate. Evaluation of two groups of children hospitalization days and cost at the same time. Results The incidence of MAS trial group （22.9%） was lower than the control group （47. 1% ）, there were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; Group hospitalization days and the cost was lower than the control group, with statistical difference （ P 〈0. 05 ）. MAS trial group, the cure rate （100.0%） was higher than that of control group （66. 7%）, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Amniotie fluid Ⅲ degree of dung to dye without vitality newborns prone to MAS. Application for children with meconium aspiration tube can reduce the MAS, At the same time reduce the children hospitalization days and cost. The economic burden and to reduce pain in children with and family members.
