摘  要:研究了06Ni9钢经过不同预应变后、在不同温度时效不同时间其应变时效行为对力学性能的影响。结果表明,06Ni9钢在低预应变量条件下(<2.5%),应变时效行为明显,但微观组织变化不大,其强度和韧性仍能满足服役要求。主要原因是固溶于基体的C、N间隙原子浓度较低,加之低温服役,原子短程扩散困难,导致Cottrell气团不易形成。06Ni9钢-196℃时效,其组织中的部分逆转奥氏体转变成了孪晶马氏体,增强了逆转奥氏体的均匀性和稳定性,从而提高了强度,改善了低温韧性。In this paper,the effect of strain aging on mechanical properties of 06Ni9steel was studied via various experimental conditions,such as pre-strain,temperature and time.The results show that 06Ni9steel was more sensitive to the strain ageing within the low strain range(〈2.5%).However there was no obvious change in microstructure,moreover the strength and toughness could meet the demand of service.The main reasons were that the formation of Cottrell atmosphere became more difficult because of the low concentration of interstitial atom,the low temperature of service and the difficulty of the atomic diffusion at the short range.Aging at-196℃improved the strength and low-temperature toughness of 06Ni9steel,which was ascribed to the fact that some reversed austenite could transform to twin martensite and enhance the uniformity and stability of reversed austenite.
