摘  要:针对德宝±500kV高压直流输电系统可能引起附近汽轮发电机组次同步振荡(SSO)的问题,采用机组作用系数法(UIF)和复转矩系数法对宝鸡换流站附近汽轮发电机组进行风险评估。运用综合程序(PSASP)计算了典型运行方式下宝鸡换流站换流母线的短路容量,由机组作用系数法(UIF)分析得出宝二扩机组不会产生次同步振荡。鉴于冬小孤岛运行方式下的UIF相对较大,进而利用复转矩系数法在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建电磁暂态仿真模型进行时域仿真校验,复转矩系数法时域仿真得到的结论与机组作用系数法一致。文中分析对于直流输电系统送端引起附近火电机组间的次同步振荡问题具有参考价值。Aiming at the problem of the steam tubine generator unit sub-synchronous oscillation caused by De-Bao ±500 kV direct current transmission system, a unit interaction factor method and complex torque coefficient method are adopted to realize risk assessment for turbine-generator unit near Baoji convertor station. The short-circuit capacities under typical operation modes at Baoji converter station AC bus will be calculated using PSASP program, and the UIF shows that Baoji No.2 power plant extension unit doesn't produce sub-synchronous oscillation. Since the UIF of island operation mode in winter-base case is relatively large to others, complex torque coefficient method is used to perform time-domain simulation for verification using electromagnetic transient simulation model in PSCAD/EMTDC. The results obtained from time-domain simulation are conformed to the results from the unit interaction factor method. The analysis in this paper will be used as the reference to sub-synchronous oscillation problem resulted from the direct current transmission system and power plant units nearby.
