摘 要:模拟烟化炉实际生产过程,采用冶金计算法研究粉煤固定碳含量对烟化炉冶炼煤耗、氧化锌烟尘质量及水淬渣质量的影响。结果表明,当粉煤固定碳含量从45%提高到55%时,烟尘中锌、锗含量从40.58%、459g/t提高到48.00%、543g/t,水淬渣锌含量由2.25%降至1.38%,吨锌粉煤单耗从4.64t降到3.80t。计算数据与生产数据对比,确定固定碳含量不低于55%为较经济的冶炼控制点。The actual production of fuming furnace was simulated.The effects of fixed carbon content of pulverized coal on coal consumption of fuming furnace,quality of zinc oxide dust and water-quenched slag were investigated by metallurgical calculation.The results from calculation show that when fixed carbon content of pulverized coal rises from 45% to 55%,zinc and germanium contents in dust rise from 40.58%and 459 g/t to 48.00% and 543 g/t respectively,zinc content in water-quenched slag reduces from 2.25% to 1.38%,and pulverized coal consumption by tones of zinc metal reduces from 4.64 t to 3.80 t.Fixed carbon content of pulverized coal of no less than 55 % serves as a smelting control point in economical terms for fuming furnace based on comparison calculated data and production data.
