摘  要:试验旨在研究基础日粮中不同添加剂量的虎杖蒽醌提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。试验将80只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,其中试验Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组日粮中分别添加0.5%、0.8%、1.0%的虎杖蒽醌提取物,以研究各组试验第28 d采血测定小鼠的IgG、IgE抗体水平,结果表明,血清中IgG试验Ⅲ组较对照组提高了41.72%,IgE试验Ⅲ组较对照组提高了62.46%;试验第28 d测定脾脏指数、胸腺指数,分别提高了23.66%和46.73%,试验组与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05),三个不同添加剂量组间比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05),由此可以说明,小鼠饲料中添加0.5%~1.0%的虎杖蒽醌提取物均可以提高小鼠的免疫功能,添加浓度0.8%最为合适。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects on immune function in mice when the basic diet added different doses of total anthraqui- none extract from giant knotweed. 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups, which meant control group Ⅰ, experimental group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ added 0.5%, 0.8%, and 0.5% in the diet of giant knotweed anthraquinone extract, respectively. IgG and IgE blood antibody levels in mice were checked at 28 d. Results showed that serum IgG of group III mice increased by 41.72% compared to the control group, and IgE increased by 62.46%; Spleen index and thymus index, increased by 23.66% and 46.73%, respectively, with significant difference(P〈0.05). The comparison between the three different adding dose groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05), which can explain the mice feed added 0.5% to 1.0% of giant knotweed anthraquinone extracts can improve the immune function of mice, adding 0.8% concentration is most appropriate.
