孕妇血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白与畸形胚胎的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨孕妇血中妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP -A)与畸形胚胎的关系。方法　采用ELIS方法定量检测 31例具有畸形胚胎史 (染色体异常 ,胎儿异常和胎死宫内等 )和 35例正常孕妇血中妊娠相关血浆蛋白A ,2组均在再次妊娠的 10～ 12周内采血检测。结果　发现有畸胎史的孕妇血中PAPP -A含量与正常孕妇比较明显降低 (为同期妊娠时正常孕妇PAPP -A平均含量的 0 2 8MOM ) ,其中有 2例胎死宫内和 1例染色体异常的孕妇血清PAPP -A含量与同期妊娠正常孕妇比较明显降低 (0 2 8MOM ,0 2 2MOM和 0 18MOM)结论　提示了孕妇血清PAPP -A的变化与产妇畸形胚胎的发生是密切相关的 ,PAPPObjective To discuss the relation between pregnant-woman associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) and deformity embryo. Methods The serum PAPP-A of 66 cases (31 cases with embryo deformity history including chromosome deformity, abnormal fetus and fetus dead in uterus, 35 cases of normal gravida ) was detected with ELISA and measured again in 10～12 weeks when the women were pregnant. Results The level of PAPP-A in gravida with embryo deformity history was much lower than that in normal gravida. Among them, the serum PAPP-A in gravida of 2 cases had dead fetus in uterus and 1 case was abnormal chromosome was significant decreased than normal gravida. Conclusion The results suggested that the changes of serum PAPP-A of gravida might have close relationship with the happening of deformity embryo. The detection of serum PAPP-A might have important clinical value in screen diagnosis of deformity embryo.
