摘 要:从出水水质改善和膜污染控制方面考察了KMnO4和O3及其联用对混凝-超滤工艺处理微污染水的影响.通过分析出水中有机物的三维荧光光谱特征和PVDF中空纤维膜的过滤阻力,对预氧化单元强化作用机理进行了初步探讨.研究表明:KMnO4/O3联合使用能强化聚合氯化铝混凝对有机物,特别是腐殖质类物质的去除,从而显著改善混凝-超滤工艺的净水效果,并减轻由膜孔吸附所引起的水力不可逆膜污染.Effects of pre-oxidation on coagulation-ultrafiltration for micro-polluted water treatment were studied with respect to effluent water quality and membrane fouling. Oxidants, namely KMnO4, O3 as well as their combination were tested, respectively. Based on analyzing the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy of organic matter in effluent water and filter resistance of PVDF membrane, the underlying mechanisms of the enhanced performance were discussed. The results showed that the combination of KMnO4 with O3 could significantly improve the organic matter removal by coagulation using polyaluminum chloride, especially for the humic substance. As a result, the water quality of the ultrafiltration permeate was improved, and the membrane fouling caused by the absorption of humic substance in membrane pores was consequently reduced.
