摘 要:采用实验室加速热老化并结合Arrhenius热老化方程,对船用丁苯橡胶绝缘新电缆的使用寿命进行预测。然后将新电缆实验数据中的性能失效值作为使用中电缆实验性能失效评判标准值,对使用中的丁苯橡胶绝缘电力电缆的剩余寿命进行计算,通过计算两者之差得到使用中电缆的剩余寿命,计算结果基本和实际情况一致。证明了利用该方法对使用中的电缆的剩余寿命进行评估可靠实用,为使用中的电缆预防性更换提供理论和实践依据。The lifetime of Marine styrene-butadiene rubber insulated power cables will decrease due to the complex aging process.From the safety perspective,remaining life assessment of the cables is essential to maintain an efficient and reliable operation.The accelerated thermal aging tests in laboratory were performed at different temperatures and the total life of new styrene-butadiene rubber cable samples was deduced by the Arrhenius equation.Then the residual life of in-service styrene-butadiene rubber cables was calculated by taking the ultimate indicator of performance failure of new cable samples as the in-service cables failure criteria based on experimental data.Calculation results were basically consistent with the actual situation.The results proved that the proposed method of residual life assessment is credible and reliable and it provides important theoretical and practical basis for preventive replacement of cables.
