生胶对自粘性聚异丁烯橡胶阻尼材料性能的影响研究

摘  要:利用示差扫描量热仪及门尼粘度仪对不同牌号聚异丁烯橡胶的玻璃化转变温度及门尼粘度进行了对比研究,利用橡胶加工分析仪及动热机械分析仪研究了不同牌号聚异丁烯橡胶对材料扭矩及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同牌号聚异丁烯橡胶的玻璃化转变温度及门尼粘度具有一定的差异;不同牌号聚异丁烯橡胶对材料扭矩及动态力学性能影响不同,添加CIIR-1068的配方扭矩最高,而添加PIB-B200的配方扭矩最低;CIIR-1068被CIIR-1066等量替换后,对材料动态力学性能影响不明显,以CIIR-1068等量替代PIB-B100,则材料体系阻尼系数峰值由1.654降至1.605。Tg and Mooney viscosity of different mark polyisobutylene (PIB) rubber were studied,the effects of different mark PIB to torque and dynamic mechanical properties were researched.The results showed that Tg and Mooney viscosity were different for different mark PIB rubber,the effects were different for different mark PIB rubber to torque and dynamic mechanical properties.The recipe which added CIIR-1068 have the highest torque value,and the recipe which added PIB-B200 have the lowest torque value.The material dynamic mechanical property is similar when CIIR-1068 was substituted by CIIR-1066,while the biggest damping coefficient was reduced from 1.654 to 1.605 as CIIR-1068 substituted by PIB-B100.
