电线电缆产品强制认证实施规则和相关文件执行常见问题浅析

摘　　要：电线电缆产品用途很广,从家庭装潢的布线,到电器器具的电源线,都属于中国强制性产品认证(CCC认证)范围。产品认证要求工厂建立一套质量保证能力体系,确保日常批量生产的产品和型式试验合格产品保持一致,从而确保产品安全。在强制性认证执行过程中,绝大部分企业都是按照电线电缆产品实施规则在组织生产和检验,但也有少数工厂由于平时疏于管理,产品质量存在安全隐患。本文对强制认证相关文件执行情况进行了分析,帮助工厂正确理解强制认证实施规则和工厂质量保证能力要求,从而不断提高质量管理水平。Wire and cable is a widely used product in our society. For example： the wire used in housedecoration and the cable used in electrical products which are regulated in the China CompulsoryCertification （CCC） catalogue . Product certification requires factory to establish a system of qualityassurance to assure the batch produced products are consistent with the type test sample, and assureproduct safety. In the implementation of CCC, most factories organized production and testing accordingto the CCC implementation rule of wire and cable, while some factories’products have potential safetyproblems due to poor quality management. This article analyzed the implementation of CCC of wire andcable, to help factories comprehend the implementation rule and factory quality assurance requirement,to improve the level of quality management.
