摘 要:本文研究了实际供水管网中试平台中不同管材和余氯浓度对管道内壁生物膜形态及生物量的影响。采用扫描电镜(SEM对管道内壁生物膜形态进行了分析,采用流式细胞仪(FCM对生物膜中的微生物进行了计数并对活菌比例进行了统计。研究表明,聚乙烯(PE管道内壁生物膜微生物以短杆菌为主,而球墨铸铁管内壁则以球菌为主。球墨铸铁管道内壁生物膜中总菌密度最高达5.20×106个·cm2活菌密度最高达3.85×106个·cm2活菌比例高达73.99%均高于PE管。实验结果发现,在低余氯浓度下,相同管材管道中,上游余氯浓度较高点(0.28±0.02 mg·L1其生物膜中总菌密度、活菌密度和活菌比例均高于下游余氯浓度较低点(0.01±0.01 mg·L1生物膜中生物量在低余氯浓度情况下(0.30 mg·L1随着余氯浓度的减少而减少。从饮用水生物安全角度来看,PE管比球墨铸铁管积累的微生物总数和活菌数都少,更适合用于城市主要供水管网。In order to study the effects of pipe materials and free chlorine on biofilm, a pilot plant pipedevice was constructed and combined with the drinking water distribution system in a southern city ofChina. SEM was used to study the morphology of biofilms and FCM was used to determine the amount ofmicroorganisms and the ratio of live bacteria to dead bacteria in different biofilms. The biofilm onPolyethylene (PE) pipe inner wall was dominated by Brevibacterium, while the biofilm on ductile ironpipe inner wall was dominated by coccus. Density of total bacteria in biofilm on ductile iron pipe innerwall was as high as 5.20×106 bacteria·m-2, the density and ratio of live bacteria reached up to 3.85×106bacteria·m-2 and 73.99%, which were higher than those in biofilm on PE pipe inner wall. From upstreamto downstream, the concentration of free chlorine reduces gradually from 0.28±0.02 mg·L-1 to 0.01±0.01mg·L-1. In the circumstance of low free chlorine concentration and in pipes with same pipe material, thedensity of live and total bacteria in biofilm on upstream pipes inner wall were higher than those inbiofilm on downstream pipes inner wall. From the perspective of drinking water biological safety, thebacteria accumulated on PE pipe inner wall are less than the bacteria accumulated on ductile iron pipeinner wall. All of these indicate that PE is more suitable for the city's drinking water distribution system.
