摘　　要：重点分析聚酯涤纶短纤维切断刀在使用过程中的主要失效表现形式以及正常生产时切断刀的受力情况,并以此为依据制定相应的解决对策。This article highlights the major failure form of Polyester staple fiber cutting off cutter during the normal course and the forces of production,and as a basis to develop countermeasures that can reduce cutting off cutter fail ,improve cutting machine running smoothly rate and ensure product quality.
