密集烤房不同装烟方式烘烤经济效益分析

摘　　要：对两种不同口径型号的烟夹与传统挂杆3种装烟方式进行了对比分析.结果表明：烟夹编烟操作简单,省工省时,是传统烟杆编烟速度的1～2倍;采用烟夹编烟每炕烤烟可节省能耗与人工总成本117.53～181.06元/房;烟夹编烟能有效增加烤房容量,每炕烘烤鲜烟总重量比传统编烟烘烤可增加20% ～30%;烤后烟叶质量相对有所提升.Three tobacco leaves loading methods ,two kinds of tobacco clips for knitting tobacco leaves and the traditional tobacco pole for weaving tobacco leaf ,were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that tobacco clips were simple mode with time-saving and energy-saving,its speed of knitting tobacco leaves was 1~2 times of the traditional tobacco pole , and it could save electric consumption and artificial cost for 117.53~181.06 RMB/room.Under knitting tobacco leaves with tobacco clips ,the capacity of bulk curing barn was increase by 20%~30%,and the quality of tobacco leaves was im-proved.
