摘　　要：成都建设世界生态田园城市的"新三最"近期目标对低碳生态城市建设提出了新要求。文章基于对UELDI的评析,以"过程-结果"二维向量模型为工具,揭示成都生态宜居现状问题,分析了达成近期目标的核心思路,提出了以平衡建设强度与生态成效为总原则的实施策略。It is aware that low -carbon and ecology are keys of immediate objectives for the Construction of International Eco -Garden City in Chengdu .based on the evaluation of UELDI .This paper reveals the status of Chengdu behind the index ranking , analy-zes the core idea of immediate objectives , and finally proposes strategies to establish a balance between development and ecological im -pact.
